Zhansheng Wu, The professor and vice president of Xi'an Polytechnic University, Outstanding Young Talents for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, The global top 100000 scientists and top 2% scientists list selected, Head of the youth innovation team of Shaanxi universities and the Chief Scientist of "Scientists+Engineers" team of Shaanxi Qinchuangyuan; He also is the Director of Xi'an Key Laboratory and a member and Deputy Secretary General of the Biomaterials Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Biotechnology. He mainly engaged in development of biological resources and environmental protection, has won more than 20 provincial and ministerial honors, including the Hou Debang Chemical Technology Innovation Award and the Second Prize for University Research Achievements of the Ministry of Education, and so on. He led national key R&D program projects and 6 National Natural Science Foundation projects; He has published 108 SCI index papers as the first or corresponding author (cited more than 5000 times, H-factor 39); More than 40 Chinese invention patents have been applied for, including 13 authorized and 3 transferred patents, which have been achieved the significant economic benefits.

武占省，西安工程大学教授，副院长；获批国家自然科学基金委联合基金优秀青年人才专项、入选全球顶尖前10万名科学家和全球前2%科学家榜单，陕西高校青年创新团队负责人、陕西秦创原“科学家+工程师”队伍首席科学家；任西安市重点实验室主任、中国生物工程学会生物材料专业委员会委员兼副秘书长等。主要从事生物资源开发与环境保护，荣获侯德榜化工科技创新奖、教育部高校科研成果二等奖等省部荣誉20余项。主持国家重点研发计划项目课题、主持国家自然科学基金6项、省部级项目10余项；第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文108篇（被引5000余次、H因子39）；申请中国发明专利40余件，其中授权13件，已转让3件；获国家微生物菌剂产品登记证1个，产品实现产业化推广应用，取得显著经济效益。
