Tianpeng Gao, a prof. and ph.D. Dean of School of Biological＆Environmental Engineering of Xi’an University, Director of Eco Xi'an Academy, Director of mining area pollution control and ecological restoration engineering research center in Gansu Province, A vice director of Urban Development Academy of Gansu province, and a vice president of Lanzhou Smart City Academy, P.R. China.  He is the vice chairman of ecological restoration Committee of China Ecological Economy Association. A Special researcher of Counselor's office of Gansu Provincial Government. A member of municipal Party committee and government decision-making advisory committee of Xi'an City, a vice president of Gansu Botanical Society and a vice president of Gansu Bioengineering Society. He is the postgraduate tutor of Shaanxi Normal University, Northwest Normal University, and Lanzhou Jiaotong University, He is mainly engaged in teaching and research on the evaluation and remediation of damaged ecosystems; He has presided over and completed 15 key projects of national, provincial and municipal. He has presided over and completed 4 scientific and technological progress prizes at first, second and third class of provincial department of education as well as the municipal government of Lanzhou city. He has guided students to participate in discipline competitions and won the first, second and third provincial prizes. He has presided over and completed 5 authorized invention patents. He has published more than 170 articles, more than 30 of which were included by SCI and more than 50 of which were included by. He has served as peer-reviewers for Chemosphere, Geoderma, Earth Sciences, and more than 10 journals.

高天鹏，教授，甘肃省矿区污染治理与生态修复工程研究中心主任，生态西安研究院院长，西安市植物逆境生理与生态修复技术重点实验室主任，甘肃省城市发展研究院兼职副院长，兰州智慧城市研究院副院长；中国生态经济学会生态恢复专委会副主任，甘肃省植物学会副理事长，甘肃省生物工程学会副理事长，甘肃省微生物学会常务理事，西安市决策咨询委员会委员；陕师大、兰州交大研究生导师；主持完成国家自然科学基金4项，省、市重点项目15项，主持完成省高校科技进步一、二、三等奖4项，指导挑战杯省级大学生课外学术科技作品，并获得省级一、二、三等奖3项，发明专利6项。发表学术论文180余篇，其中，SCI收录40余篇，EI收录50余篇 。曾担任IJERPH的G. Editor和Chemosphere等10多个SCI杂志的Peer-reviewer, 承担生物与环境学科教学和研究工作。
