卢昌义教授，厦门大学嘉庚学院（环境科学与工程学院院长）

Dean of School of Environmental Science and Engineering, TKK College, Xiamen University; Director of Fujian Provincial University Key Laboratory of Ecological Safety and Environmental Health of Estuaries; Professor (since 1995) of School of Environment and Ecology, Xiamen University; Doctoral Supervisor (since 1998). Consultant, State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Science, Xiamen University; He has taught at Xiamen University for more than 40 years.In 1997, he was awarded "Excellent Expert of Fujian Province". Since 1998, The State Council has enjoyed special government subsidies. In 2004, he was named as the excellent teacher of Xiamen City, in 2011, he won the "LU Jiaxi Excellent Mentor Award", He has won the third prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Natural Science of the Ministry of Education, and the Science and Technology Progress Award of Fujian Province and Xiamen City for many times ； twice won the first prize of Xiamen University NanQiang Award. Member of the 6th Fujian Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Chairman of the 5th and 6th Fujian Provincial Ecological Society; Xiamen Municipal Government legislative advisory experts for 5 consecutive terms (this term to 2026).

卢昌义，厦门大学嘉庚学院环境科学与工程学院院长、河口生态安全与环境健康福建省高校重点实验室主任、厦门大学环境与生态学院教授（1995起）、博士生导师（1998起）。厦门大学近海海洋环境科学国家重点实验室顾问；在厦门大学从教40多年。1997年被授予“福建省优秀专家”；1998年起享受国务院政府特殊津贴；2004年被评为厦门市优秀教师，2011年获得“卢嘉锡优秀导师奖”，曾获国家科技进步三等奖、教育部自然科学一等奖、福建省、厦门市科技进步奖多次，两次获厦门大学南强奖一等奖。第六届福建省科协委员,第五届和第六届福建省生态学会理事长；连续5届厦门市政府立法咨询专家（本届至2026年)。
