Note: This conference has set a fixed exchange rate of 100 RMB to 15 USD,Please select the payment method and currency that best suits your actual situation.

1) Regular author: Submit full paper to publish in conference proceeding.

2) Student author: Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author).

3) Extra paper: Additional papers submitted by the same author, excluding the first paper.

4) Additional Page: If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages should be paid at 50USD(300RMB)/page.

5) Presenter: Only submit abstract to present at the conference.

6) Listeners: Only attend the conference, without publication.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for ICEPG 2024 Regular is 490 USD / 3400 RMB per paper (After September 15 is 540 USD / 3800 RMB).

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 40 USD / 300 RMB.

3. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

6. At least 30% of registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
